Shipping and Returns Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pips and Moo. Pips and Moo (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://www.pipsandmoo.co.za) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Returns Policy.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside South Africa.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Orders are usually dispatched within 7-14 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. Delivery can be expected 1-5 days after shipment, depending on the destination.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. Please remember we are a small family run business and all our items are handmade, just for you. We will always do our best to get your items to you on time. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Pips and Moo does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only.
We do not currently offer express or overnight shipping. If you require an urgent order, please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed during checkout. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. Orders are currently charged a flat rate of R75. Delivery is charged per order and not per item. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Pips and Moo does not ship to P.O. boxes.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address any time before the order has been dispatched.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Your tracking number and links to relevant sites to enable you to track your delivery will also be provided either by email or as a note added to your order for which you will receive an email notification.. This tracking is provided by the shipping provider.
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Lost or Damaged Items
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org, in order for us to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.
Pips and Moo offers refunds in the form of a replacement, store credit or cash refund. The product must be returned with all it’s original packaging within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify.
Returns and exchanges
Cooling off period: In line with the ECT act, if, within 7 days of receiving your items, you change your mind about your purchase for any reason, you may return the product (at your own cost) in it’s original condition with all it’s original packaging and be eligible for a full or partial store credit or cash refund. We reserve the right to impose penalties if the goods are not returned with all original packaging or the goods have been used while in your possession.
Damaged or defective products: We will gladly replace a returned product if it is defective and we will cover the cost of return shipping and subsequent delivery. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange, store credit or cash refund.
If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us at email@example.com. We can then begin to initiate the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and you will be notified when your new item is ready for shipping.
Items bought on sale can be returned for a store credit or cash refund for the value of the sale price.
